High-Quality Red Sable Paintbrush

This high-quality watercolor paintbrush made of red sable hair is made in Germany. The red sable hair has a very fine tip and very good color absorption. This brush with a perfect belly is perfect for professional watercolor painting. Red sable hair is a bit darker and shorter than Kolinsky hair. It is very elastic with fine tips and is characterized by very good color absorption and release. We subject every single brush again to our in-house quality control in order to guarantee you a perfect tip, a perfect belly and an excellent hold in the ferrule. For retouching work on the instrument, however, the longer and higher quality Kollinsky brushes are preferable.
